Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, unwanted items, or products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Product Care & Damage

Our squishies and sensory toys are designed for enjoyment, but they are not indestructible. Some products may tear, split, lose their shape, or become damaged with excessive squeezing, pulling, stretching, or rough handling. This is considered normal wear or use and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

We recommend following any product-specific care instructions and supervising younger children during play.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take care to inspect and package orders before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can review it.

Issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If an item arrives damaged or we make a fulfillment error, we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
